Rates

Apartments

• The rates for the apartments are applicable for 2 people per day.
• We apply a surcharge of € 9 per day for each additional person.
• Additional charge for short stays up to 3 nights: € 20

• Upon request, guests in our apartments can also receive breakfast or order fresh milk and rolls each morning.

Rooms with breakfast:

• The rates for the guest rooms are quoted per person/day based on a minimum stay of 4 days.
• A surcharge of 40% will be applied to single travellers staying in the double room.
• A children’s discount will only be granted for children staying in their parents’ room (minimum 2 fully paying guests):
  • 0-2 years old: 0€
  • 3-6 years old: 15€
  • 7-12 years old: 20€
  • 13-18 years old: 25€

Tourist tax:
A tourist tax of €1.75 per person per night will be applied to everyone aged 14 years and up in order to permanently promote the touristic attractiveness of the region. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

Cancellations:
It’s unfortunate for everyone involved if the apartment or the room remains empty even though others would like to stay there. On the other hand, unforeseen events can happen to anyone. We therefore encourage you to take out European travel cancellation insurance.
